Full Time Clients: Your monthly ConferenceLeap fee is based on the total number of records in your database, including but not limited to, members, prospects, speakers, exhibitors, and event attendees. It is truly a month-to-month lease subscription, but you will be responsible for paying these fees for a minimum of one year and then monthly thereafter.
One Time Use Client: If you want to use our event solution for a single virtual event, we will need to know which features you are interested in, how long you require our software, and various event needs, so we can provide you with a custom quote.
